Cherry Creek North, the Mile High City’s popular high-end shopping destination, is now the home of one of Denver’s most prominent mixed-use developments: 200 Clayton. The eight-story office and retail space will add 76,000 square feet of for-lease spaces in the highly coveted area. The building boasts some high-quality tenants such as AON, Charlies Schwab, OmniTRAX, and Vantage Data Centers.
The biggest stand-outs of this building are its prime location in the heart of Cherry Creek North, its contemporary design, and its modern energy-efficient building systems. Douglass Colony’s contributions include the installation of the below-grade waterproofing system, a hot fluid-applied waterproofing system to protect the below-grade garage, and metal siding and wall panels.
The building stands tall as a beacon of exceptional infrastructure in the heart of the Cherry Creek shopping district.
