Our hope is to provide our customers with excellent, seamless, full-service commercial contractor solutions from design to completion using quality materials, competent, friendly communication, and innovative, energy-efficient solutions. We focus our expertise on areas requiring waterproofing, roofing, full-service maintenance solutions, FRAMECAD development, metals installation, or solar integration. With more than 400 employees across three Colorado locations, Douglass Colony Group operates one of the most comprehensive commercial construction platforms in the Rocky Mountain region. With the experience and size to back our reputation, there is no limit to the services we provide. We’ll tackle jobs other companies won’t, and do it with confidence and a service-forward approach. Our Story
Founded in 1947 in Greeley, Douglass Colony began as a small roofing company with a big work ethic. The business evolved, grew, and consolidated over the years, finally becoming Douglass Colony Group in 2009. This move brought roofing, metals, and expanded capabilities together under one name and one team. Since then, we’ve continued to grow, building long-term relationships and earning a reputation for taking on complex projects with confidence.
What started as a roofing company has grown into a full-spectrum building partner, delivering integrated solutions from the roof to below grade, and everywhere in between.
